- TECHNICIAN SCANNED THE COMPUTER FOR TROUBLE CODES P062F CONTROL MODULE , P0603 ECM BACK UP CIRCUIT , P1554 BATTERY TEMPERATURE SENSOR , ADVISED THE CUSTOMER WE CLEARED COMPUTER OF TROUBLE CODES , ADVISED THE CUSTOMER CHECK ENGINE LIGHT MAY HAVE COME ON DUE TO LOW VOLTAGE FROM THE BAD BATTERY , ADVISED THE CUSTOMER THAT IF CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES BACK ON SAME CODES VEHICLE WILL REQUIRE FURTHER DIAGNOSTICS
- Inspect battery terminals and cables and clean if needed. Charge battery to full capacity. Load test battery and record readings. Inspect alternator belt and adjust as required. Perform alternator output test and record readings. Perform starter draw test and record readings.
- BATTERY – Remove & Replace –
- Sticker no.# Brake specs. Front 8B Rear 7B Tires 9/32
- Emissions Sticker#.
- ROTATE TIRES
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
- REPLACE WIPER BLADES
- Replacement of 5 quarts of synthetic motor oil and oil filter. Check all fluids and tire pressures. Check belts and hoses. Reset maintenance light. (Extra charge for oil filter on some vehicles may apply)
- AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace – In-Line4
