- CUSTOMER JUST ADDED NEW BATTERY , CONCERNED ABOUT ALTERNATOR
- Inspect battery terminals and cables and clean if needed. Charge battery to full capacity. Load test battery and record readings. Inspect alternator belt and adjust as required. Perform alternator output test and record readings. Perform starter draw test and record readings.
- TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED LEAKING VALVE COVER GASKETS & ALSO LEAKING OIL FILTER HOUSING
- VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Both Sides
- ENGINE OIL COOLER – Remove & Replace – Housing – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifold Gaskets.]
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter with synthetic blend motor oil . Check air filter and breather filters.Check belts and hoses . Check all fluid levels and top off . Check and set tire pressures. Add extra time to remove engine covers and/or Reset Maintenance Lights .(Notice extra charge for oil filter and/or oil type on some vehicles may be required)
- REMOVE & REPLACE SPARK PLUGS WHILE REPLACING THE VALVE COVERS
- AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace
- DIAGNOSE BRAKE PULSATION
- REPLACE THE FRONT BRAKE PADS & ROTORS
- TECHNICIAN LOOKED OVER DRIVE TRAIN , TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDS REPLACING FRONT & REAR SHOCKS & ALSO FRONT AXLE UNIVERSAL JOINTS WHICH HAVE SOME PLAY
- DIAGNOSE & REPLACE THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT TPMS SENSOR & RELEARN THE SYSTEM WITH COMPUTER
